***This is a remote position that be worked from home anywhere in the United States or Europe***   This position is responsible for the daily administration and maintenance of Advanced Clinical’s Noncompliance and CAPA Management process and Quality Management System (QMS) software application.   This position will work independently with direction from the Manager, Compliance and Quality in the Compliance and Quality department.  This position will provide guidance and support to staff involved in the Noncompliance and CAPA management process and workflow to include technical consultation, tracking, and follow-up with staff to ensure organizational compliance with stated activities and due dates.   Advanced Clinical is a clinical development and strategic resourcing organization committed to providing a better clinical experience across the drug development journey. ***This is a work from home position that can be worked anywhere in the United States, United Kingdom, or Germany***   The Senior Clinical Development Strategy Director (CDSD) is responsible to develop and lead clinical strategy planning with an integrated team of clinical research professionals (“Strategy Team”), including but not limited to, business development, medical monitoring, regulatory affairs, global study start up, feasibility and therapeutic subject matter experts (SMEs) as well as other functional leaders as necessary.  Together with the core Strategy Team, the Senior Clinical Development Strategy Director will ensure a comprehensive and competitive proposal and study management plan that includes robust strategy and tactics that outline rapid study start up, patient feasibility and engagement, medical considerations, operational considerations, recommended decentralized study components as appropriate and an overall clinical study implementation that is highly customized to the client’s needs.  This individual is the driver of the collective strategy and input from the core Strategy Team and ensures a comprehensive and cohesive strategy is developed that meets the Sponsor’s quality, timelines and budget related to the conduct of the clinical research studies.  This individual provides the proposal lead and functional leaders the strategy and information to prepare an accurate proposal that meets the strategy parameters.  This individual will also be involved in frequent client meetings/presentations and responsible for transferring knowledge to applicable project team members regarding the proposal/study strategy at the time of a bid defense.  They will also serve as a mentor and coach to others being up-skilled to potentially perform this role in the future.  The Sr. CDSD will be a part of the Strategy & Optimization team and will work closely with the global feasibility, patient engagement, and site engagement teams as well as the overall strategy team and functional leaders.   Advanced Clinical is a clinical development and strategic resourcing organization committed to providing a better clinical experience across the drug development journey.
